Why Elementary Entrepreneurship Education?
We humans live by inventions everyday of our lives, and without inventors and builders of brands around the world who continue to produce the phones, computers, mobile applications, home appliances, air conditioners, airplanes, shoes, wristwatches, perfumes plus the jobs that come with these creations, there will be no human civilization. In other words, we live in a world powered by inventions and brain power. To that extent, no subject ought to be more important in any school curriculum, national development plan, pro education CSR anywhere on earth or in any religion than the subject of invention for primary and secondary school children, because at the end of the day, all prosperity, personal or national, exist because an inventor invented value which turned into jobs and goods and exports. So why not deliberately allow Nigeria overflow with a new population of jobs and wealth creators whose brain become ignited in value invention and problem solving early enough.

“I built FIRSTS ACADEMY because I believe every child carries an inventor waiting to be ignited, we just have to start early enough. From a GTBank calendar as an undergraduate to Lagos State's approval of Project 1 Pupil, 1 Problem Solver, my journey has been proof that invention, not certificates, builds nations. My mission now is simple: 10 Million Wings, 10 Years, until Nigeria's children turn their ideas into the world's next unicorns.”
Background & Entrepreneurial Foundation
Olushola Adigun is a 1997 graduate of the University of Ilorin with a BSc Geography Honours. A prolific innovator, he began his entrepreneurial journey as an undergraduate, co-launching NITEFLITE, an off-campus entertainment business, in partnership with THE NICHE, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Project 1 Pupil, 1 Problem Solver Ignition: Rolling out via Lagos State's Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), targeting 100,000 pupils in Primary 4-6.
An extra-curricular Elementary Entrepreneurship Education club focused on igniting Value Consciousness alongside Value Invention and Problem Solving Prowess in Primary school pupils, who through a fun-filled program would get ignited enough in the know-how to turn challenges and problems into viable first-ever, invented and made-in-Nigeria products and businesses/brands that serve the world with excellence. Operates in public schools nationwide.
Troop Structure
Troops: Organized into groups of 25 pupils/problem solvers, each known as a Troop.
Caesar / Deputy Caesar (DC): The leader of a Troop is called a Caesar, and the assistant a Deputy Caesar.
Centurion: The Head Teachers are known as Centurions.
Vice Centurion (VC): Chosen teachers act as Troop co-ordinators. A primary school can only have a maximum of 2 Troops.
Squad: A Troop's 5-aside team is called a Squad.
Commander: All JJC student members are called Commanders.
